Weblium is currently looking for Customer Support Hero — a right-hand man for a client.
WHO YOU ARE AND WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
- You are not just customer support etc. – you are a clients’ advocate who ensures a high level of their customer experience with our platform. And believe us, it’s a fascinating journey with each of them. Because it requires a lot of things to handle with.
- Build long-term relationships with customers that promote their retention and loyalty and satisfaction.
- Any other activities which improve customer experience (we’re open to your ideas too)
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR IN YOU:
- You can listen to a client and help him with his issues;
- A great communicator and negotiator;
- Strong English speaking and writing skills (advanced, fluent);
- Commitment to goals achievement;
- Previous experience with Account Management, Sales or Customer Service;
